How to Determine if You Have a Leak in Your Commercial Plumbing

Keep an Eye on Your Monthly Water Costs

Your monthly water bills are a good indication of how efficiently your plumbing system is working. If they suddenly start to spike, despite the fact that your commercial building isn’t using more water than it normally does, it might indicate that you have a leak in your system. Check the Water Meter

This might be difficult, or even impossible, depending on how your commercial system is set up. Any problem that is able to cause visible water damage will likely continue to rot out the area around it if given the chance. You’ll need to have the root cause found and dealt with before it gets any worse.

When it comes to things like plumbing leaks, it’s far better to be safe than sorry. You should make sure that you call for repairs, even if you’re not entirely sure that you have a leak in your building. It may turn out to be nothing, but that’s a better outcome than ignoring a serious issue and letting it damage your building.
