SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. It’s the measurement you get when dividing the cooling output (BTU/hr) by the electricity (W) it uses. The higher the number, the more efficient it is. 

The new ratings called SEER2 score the efficiencies a little differently, but our existing Lennox 16 SEER system meets all 2023 requirements.

This is out of our hands. But we assure you — as long as we have existing stock, you can buy at 2022 prices. However, once our current stock is gone, the newly manufactured equipment will be at least 15% higher.

Sometimes we can, and, of course, we will if that’s what you need or want. But with the government-mandated change in coolant a few years ago, topping off R22 Freon has gotten ridiculously expensive. Repairing an old system a few times would be more expensive than buying a new one, which comes with a 10-year warranty and significantly lower energy bills.

Typically, we’ll arrive at your home around 8:30 and wrap up during the mid to late afternoon.
